Sofia & Marco — Lake Como, Italy

A CamrinFilms EU Story

Sofia & Marco

A three-day celebration on the shores of Lake Como, where golden light met candlelit dinners and a family reunited across continents.

Their Story

Told In Their Words

We met at a dinner party in Milan and knew within a month this was forever. Choosing Lake Como felt inevitable — it's where Marco's grandparents honeymooned in 1962, and where we had our first trip together as a couple. We wanted our wedding to feel like a long, slow European evening: golden light, good wine, and everyone we love in one place.

CamrinFilms EU understood the assignment immediately. They spent an afternoon with us before the wedding just talking — about our families, our nerves, the small traditions we wanted to honour. On the day, we genuinely forgot they were there, which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The photographs feel like memory, not performance.

Their three-day celebration began with a welcome dinner on the terrace, followed by a poolside ceremony at golden hour and a reception beneath a canopy of string lights that ran until well past 2am.
