Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CamrinFilms EU collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

CamrinFilms EU ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are based at 46 The Park, Charleville, Co. Cork, P56 TX60, Ireland. You can reach us at [email protected] or +353 83 448 9547.

What information we collect

When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the names of the couple, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue, city, estimated budget, how you heard about us, the services you're interested in, and any details you choose to share about your story. If you opt in, we also keep your email for occasional newsletter updates. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site — see our Cookie Policy for details of the minimal storage we do use.

Why we process your data

We process inquiry data with your consent, to respond to your enquiry and, if you book with us, to perform our contract with you. Newsletter emails are sent only with your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for up to 24 months if no booking proceeds, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, we retain booking and contract-related records for as long as required by Irish tax and accounting law (typically 6 years).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited details with trusted subcontractors (such as second photographers, videographers, or editors) strictly to help deliver services you have booked, under confidentiality obligations.

International transfers

Your data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area. We do not currently transfer personal data outside the EEA.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Ireland's Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
